Property was EXACTLY as described online. Beautiful, clean & spacious! Pool was amazing! Perfect for my almost 5 y/o to stand up on her own but also good enough for an adult to enjoy as well. Highly recommended. My family & I had a blast, wish we booked for a longer stay!

This house was amazing! It had everything my family and I needed and it had extras. The shuffleboard was a big hit with the grown kids! And the indoor pool was a big hit with the whole family especially the Littles! The house was very clean, the host was communicative and accommodating, and the whole experience was wonderful. Thank you Salamon! Keep up the good work. This house is highly recommended !

5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! Booked the stay for my husband’s birthday and we had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The indoor heated pool was a nice surprise for my husband and he really enjoyed the stay. Our host Salamon was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to visiting again in the near future.

The stay at Salamon's house was perfect for our needs. A multi-generational gathering with folks from 10-73. We enjoyed the pool - which was our reason for renting this home outside of Binghamton. The setting, on a wooded lot at the end of a cul-de-sac allowed for an undisturbed and peaceful stay. The interior was lovely, well appointed and the kitchen was exactly what we needed to prepare our family meals around the island cooking area. The bedrooms were all comfortable with nice linens and extra blankets. Definitely a place I'd recommend for anyone staying in the Binghamton area! A discovered plus was the close proximity to Wolfe Park with trails along a dramatic stream through a protected woodland.

Beautiful and cozy home. Pool was warm, wonderful amenities indoors and outdoors, tasteful, up to date and practical furnishings. Great host even left wine, chocolate and bath bombs for us. Felt like coming home to parents that were excited to have us 😊.

I’m a native of the Binghamton area and I stayed with Salamon for 10 days. This is a very, very special property for the location. It is a unique, large, peaceful home only moments from everything you could need. Salamon and his team have put great effort into making the home welcoming and comforting for their guests. While it may seem obvious, the pool is on the ground floor of the main residence and not in a separate enclosure. It sits directly underneath the living and kitchen space which is fully open to below. As a result, the chlorine and chemicals are strongly present throughout the entire home at all times. Those with sensitivities or allergies of any kind should please be advised of this. As for Salamon: he is extremely intelligent and a consummate professional. He truly cares about making this property the best it can be and ensuring his guests are taken care of. Moreover, he is just a wonderful, kind, caring person. I will stay with him anytime I visit the area.

We seriously loved our stay here. The house feels like your own private hilltop retreat — quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, but still just minutes from everything in Binghamton. The indoor heated pool was hands-down the highlight. Having it all to ourselves year-round felt like such a luxury. Morning coffee on the front balcony watching the sunrise were pretty perfect. The house is beautiful but also super comfortable. The big windows and high ceilings make it feel open and airy, and everything inside feels new and thoughtfully put together. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable, and the master suite (with that jetted tub!) was such a treat. It’s the kind of place where you instantly relax and don’t want to leave. We’d absolutely stay here again — highly recommend if you’re looking for something peaceful, cozy, and a little special.

Our family mini getaway to this beautiful home was perfect. The home had everything we needed to enjoy a cozy winter stay in the woods. With 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone. The theatre room, complete with a popcorn machine and reclining seats, felt like our own private cinema. The game room and indoor pool (with its own shower) kept the kids entertained for hours. Outside, the snowy river views were breathtaking, and the backyard fire pit made for unforgettable s’mores nights. The house was pristinely clean and super comfortable. No need to venture anywhere else when the house has it all. With so much indoor and outdoor space, it was the ideal winter family retreat.

Fantastic place! We couldn’t have asked for anything better for our weekend friend retreat. The place was peaceful, private and beautiful, everything we could ask for in an Airbnb. Would definitely rent again!
