House Rules

Please keep noise levels to a minimum outside, and ensure all music and noise remain at reasonable volumes inside. No fireworks of any kind. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or garage. If there is a smell of smoke in the home or garage, whether from regular cigarettes or marijuana, we reserve the right to charge a $1,000 additional cleaning fee through Airbnb. Guests can use the driveway to park vehicles during their stay. The driveway can accommodate a maximum of 8 cars. Please refrain from parking on the lawn, grass areas, or on the street. The person booking the property must be at least 25 years of age!

Great place for a large group. Perfect summer getaway spot with plenty of amenities. We never left the house! Heated pool was the best part. Water was always a perfect temp even when the weather was on the cooler side. Already planning our trip back next year!

My family and I loved our time here. The surroundings are beautiful and very private. It truly was our own small paradise for the week. The bedrooms were plentiful to accommodate my family. We greatly enjoyed our time outside in the heated in-ground pool and the game room. Many new memories created with each other this week. We also liked the large dining room. This was the first place we’ve stayed at that could accommodate everyone at one table. So it was so lovely to have meals with everyone at one table. The grocery store and city are pretty close, only 20 minutes away so it wasn’t too far of a drive to pick up a few things our go out for an evening. We would certainly stay again.

A peaceful home in a secluded wooded area, complete with comfortably heated pool, game room and other amenities. The home is accessed off a main road. It offers access to its luscious 3 acre wooded grounds and a pleasant stream, although there isn't a sidewalk to walk the road at that location. There are no neighbors within view. The bedrooms are neat and sufficient for large groups and are as advertised. There are bath towels, hand towels as well as large pool towels for each guest. The game room has 3 large table games and smaller activity games and a working small popcorn cart. The kitchen includes basics like dishes, openers, serving spoons, spices and coffee. The outdoor seating is magnificent and comfortable and include multiple swing chairs, comfortable lounge chairs, firepit table, and many chairs and table seating. Enjoy comfort within nature.

The house is well located near restaurants and stores, yet is private and situated right next to nature. It was well stocked with towels and bedding. It’s very quiet, and every person or couple in our group had their own room. The games room had a lot of different activities available for our group to play. Host was communicative throughout. Salamon and Shadae were both responsive and accommodating to our request and needs . The property was as described and extremely comfortable. Having the space to spread out and enjoy the was a great experience!! All the ladies had a great time and wished it was warmer to take advantage of the outside. Everyone wants to return to take a dip in the pool. The little touches with the popcorn machine added to the fun !

What’s beautifully decorated home!! My group and I had an amazing time here. The place was stocked with everything we needed from linens in the rooms and bathrooms to pots and pans in the kitchen. The hosts were also extremely responsive. We would absolutely recommend the space to anyone looking for a private getaway with friends.

Salamon was a great host...responded right away..Salamon went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home...This place is a gem. There was just enough room for the 17 of us. We had a great time. We even missed going skiing because we were having so much fun. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy, and it was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you need.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I booked, the communication with the host was seamless and welcoming. The house was perfect for our family getaway. There was more than enough space. The property is pretty private. Salamon responded quickly and was easy to communicate with. Check in was smooth. There is plenty of parking. There are 5 bedrooms on the 3rd level and 6 bedrooms on the 2nd level. All of the rooms are spacious and look like the pictures. The house was clean and cozy. We experienced a power outage twice, one day it was light rain and the other day it was pretty clear out. The power came back on after about 1-2 minutes, it wasn't a problem. The trash cans at the end of the driveway are a nice size, but they already had trash in it, which left us little space. Salamon responded right away and advised us what to do with the remaining trash bags. Weis food store was about 12 minutes away. Wine and Spirit is 15 minutes away. Blue Mountain Resort is 1 hr and 20 minutes away. They offer skiing and snow tubing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to book again.
